- Log into your client area by whogohost.com/host/clientarea.php. Click on "Your Hosting/Services", select Business Email/Enterprise Email.
- You will be redirected to a page that shows the details of the email hosting account.
- On the left-hand side of the page, click on the Upgrade button
- Select the Upgrade option under it.
- Choose the new plan you wish to upgrade to but do not change the billing plan.
- An invoice will be generated for the upgraded plan. Once the payment is made and applied, the new plan will reflect.
