How to Reset a User’s Password

Sign in to the Google Admin console.
Click Users.
Hover your mouse on the user and choose Reset password.
(Optional) Toggle On/Off Auto-generate password.
(Optional) Toggle On/Off the option that requires the user to change the password when they next sign in.
Click Reset to save your changes.
Send the user their new password.
